Yakiniku is one of Japan's most loved ways to eat. Premium beef, cut with care, grilled over an open flame at your table. It's a meal that brings people together.
Yakiniku Hono brings that tradition to Carindale. We built a space that honours the yakiniku experience: warm natural timber, Japanese lanterns, marble surfaces, bamboo details, and authentic Shinpo grills imported from Japan. Every element was chosen with intention.
Our philosophy is simple. Premium Wagyu should not be reserved for expensive a la carte restaurants. It should be something you can enjoy with your family on a Friday night, with friends for a birthday, or as a quiet dinner for two. That is what All-You-Can-Eat means to us: more of what matters, without compromise on quality.
The name Hono (炎) means flame. It's a reference to the fire at the heart of every yakiniku table and to the warmth we want every guest to feel when they walk through our doors.
